I hate Red
Maybe that is why i love blue, yellow and green
Chapters untold—
To the closest souls.
As the thickness of blood
As far as our lives are.
Grinding for a better future.
Hoping their absence won’t matter.
Been running for long
Yet the red we share
In a loop, I’m just mylening around.
Yet I go back
To face the same faces—
Which for—
I’m.
Grinding for a better future.
Hoping their absence won’t matter.
Laying in bed
Eating lunch
Maybe doodling.
And the thought of our bond
Keeps me wondering
How this will end
To a wandering soul
While they are alive.
Maybe this is why I hate red—
It means too much.
Vibrant like the future
I’m grinding for—
Thick as our existence.
Heavy that I fear losing myself
When finally that red is underground.
Maybe this is why I like—
Blue, yellow, and green.
Blue on top of me with all shades
Existed before me
And will after me.
Yellow left sometimes
Yet always came back.
Green is there for everyone
To live off.
Yet red only appears
When bonds weaken or thicken.
And neither arrives gently.
To the red I am fated to be tied to
As long as it runs in me
As it may run out one day.
To the ground I will be bound
To graved names
Red-tinted memories
I’m forever related to.
Grinding for a better future.
Hoping I run out of red first.
